The MAAFS 2024 Annual Meeting will be held May 6-10, 2024 at the Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA. Exhibitor/Sponsor registration is open. Below is information on the available packages.

Standard Exhibitor Package

Platinum Sponsorship Add-On
$3,500
Sponsor the annual Thursday Night MAAFS Dinner Party and corn-hole competition!

Welcoming Reception Sponsorship Add-On
$2,000
Help MAAFS kick-off the Annual Meeting by sponsoring the Welcoming Reception on Wednesday evening. All attendees are invited to this reception, which will be held in the vendor room. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Breakfast or Lunch Sponsorship Add-On
$1000/Meal
Sponsor a meal for attendees. Your company will be recognized in the meeting program and signage will be posted during the meal recognizing your company as the sponsor. Meal sponsors will have the opportunity to set out promotional materials during their sponsored meal and may place a 1/4 page ad in the event program.

Tuesday: breakfast or lunch
Wednesday: breakfast or lunch
Thursday: breakfast or lunch
Friday: breakfast
*Meals are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
Break Sponsorship Add-On
$750/Break
Sponsor a morning or afternoon coffee and snack break for attendees. Your company will be recognized in the meeting program and signage will be posted during the break recognizing your company as the sponsor. Break sponsors will have the opportunity to set out promotional materials during their sponsored break and may place a 1/4 page ad in the event program.
